~Larry: It's December and I have not yet received my early termination reimbursement after all the paperwork was sent in August. I luckily remembered this check was not sent to me. Now I have to do the paperwork all over again. Funny, being a communication company Cablevision requires you to fax or come in to the store, they do not work on with emails - archaic !!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Optimum. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Optimum problem?
~Larry: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Larry: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Optimum's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Larry: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Optimum customers?
