~marylee: I called and spoke to "Patrick" one of the most pleasant customer service people ever- I was going to cancel my service and he was so pleasant that I stayed.

~marylee: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~marylee: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Optimum's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~marylee: For that I would say one out of five.
