GetHuman-200926: I don't know why but because when I called t mobile it only took * minute now every time I call it takes over ** and they re ask me for my phone number and pin also they don't even give me an option for call back so like says I dont want to wait for t mobile to pick up in ** minutes I can press a number and t*Mobile will call me back when it's my turn. I don't know if a shady rep put me on that long hold for life now or t mobile wait time truly ***** now because when I call on my mom or husbands phone he wait is * minute for my phone every time its ** I even test it out and cl T-Mobile both at the same time from my husband phone and my own and mine took ** while husband took *.
