~kevindiehl1: I dont understand. i own a macbook pro, have owned three apple computers. i am now on my *rd iphone. i spend ALOT of money in your itunes store. i called because im having a problem connecting to the itunes store and was told i needed to purchase an assistance plan to get help. all i want to do is give you guys more money by buying movies and music from your itunes store and cant do that because i can not connect to it. this is baffling to me. you had a very loyal customer up until today. unbelievable!
