~Austin Guy: Total call time: ** minutes. I tried first to use the feature wherein I am called back but it went to my voicemail. So I called in, after a short wait I got to a generic problem resolution person, after which I was transferred (another ** minute hold) to a shipping specialist. I was given good information. My problem is resolved.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting eBay. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a eBay problem?
~Austin Guy: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Austin Guy: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eBay's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Austin Guy: For that I would say four out of five.
