~hgp: I changed the delivery address and $* was charged to my account. Pkg was delivered to original address. Called and reported this. Agent checked it our and transferred me to the Billing Dept. Kept hearing messages that I would be helped by the next available agent. I hung up the phone after waiting ** minutes.

~hgp: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~hgp: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UPS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~hgp: For that I would say five out of five.
