~Tina: Front end is understaffed, call outs or not, the POS associates are not being utlized in a fair manner. MOD told me the Supervisor must have been on lunch, which is fine, but why wasn't the MOD helping out, maybe they were unloading a truck with other associates who have never been trained to run register?? There is no doubt the district manager has reduced payroll so he*she gets a bigger bonus for the year and I'm sure the regionally manager has his hands in this too. I was also told by the phone operator they are not allowed to give out the customer service *** and she was swamped with customers also. Oaks PA

~Tina: For that I would say five out of five.
