~very unhappy: a dishwasher was bought on ********, this dishwasher never dried the dishes. we started calling the ***-samsung. for help getting this fixed, after a month of the run around, we were told that they didn't service our area. then they wanted a copy of the receipt to replace it, then after another month we were told that they didn't replace them. and now they are doing a buy back. which means, you must cut the cord, send a pic, take the M &b S numbers off and sign the form for a buy back, and to top it off, the fax number on their form, is wrong. I don't think I have ever experienced the worst company to take care of an issue. the people that answer the phones, only have a speech to go by. here is the next number to call or I will have someone call you to take care of this. that never happened. we have been dealing with the for months. and its now the end of march and still haven't got any results. I would be ashamed to work for Samsung. and in the future I will do everything I can to

~very unhappy: For that I would say two out of five.
