~REDNERD: ** minutes on hold so far.... they picked up about ** minutes into the wait. i told them i was moving out of state and needed to see how my policy would change. They put me back on hold saying that it would only be a minute or two before i can talk to the 'correct' agent. At this point I'm almost curious how long it will take for someone to pickup, but i'm afraid my cordless will die before they do pickup.
