~DebK: None of your options for rating the service applied to me. When I called the first time, I was given grossly incorrect information. The *nd time, I was transferred to the Office for Mac team, which helped me. When you call the Microsoft number, you HAVE to say 'representative' over and over to get a person. Just keep repeating it. If your Microsoft program is on a Mac, DON'T let them refer you to Apple for help.

~DebK: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
