GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-jimccli: Son switched from our AT&T acct. to his wife's Sprint acct. The clerk at your store insisted they needed full soc. sec. * of the AT&T acct holder to make the switch. We reluctantly and foolishly provided it. Neither AT&T nor Sprint can understand why they would be asking. They occurred at the Best Buy at Worley and Stadium in Columbia MO. Clerk was Tatiana.
