Background on ~Indio's case
GetHuman: ~Indio - can you tell our other Amazon customers when your case took place?
~Indio: Yes. It was afternoon, on November 11th.
GetHuman: Did you reach out to Amazon, and if so, how?

(Shows ~Indio a list of common Amazon problems)
~Indio: "Cancel service" was why I was trying to call.
~Indio's review of Amazon customer service
GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Amazon customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Indio: The problem and the solution were both idiotic, but the person who answered the phone, despite having relatively weak English skills (about average for the stereotypical foreign call center employee) was excellent and gave me my tedious solution without any extra trouble. As far as I know, she couldn't do anything better than what she did, so she was perfect. The system is not (USPS handled the last leg of the shipping for UPS, and couldn't figure out "***" instead of "Apt ***" was an apartment number, so the order had to be returned and refunded), but the call was handled as well as could be expected.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Amazon. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Amazon problem?
~Indio: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Indio: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Amazon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Indio: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Amazon customers?
~Indio: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Amazon to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~Indio taken from his Amazon customer service problem that occurred on November 11th, 2017.
