I went to the Craig,CO office shortly after mom died and asked to have her name removed from the billing. It didn't happen and has not. Vicky wants to continue with Bresnan, however, I am inclined to move Vicky to satellite if your business office can't make this happen. Drop my mothers name from the existing account and put it in Vicky Shenks name, please. This has been ongoing for * months and my family would appreciate someone moving on this.
