~Carlos Josue: Terrible customer service. The operator was very helpful once I got through to them, but the automated system really discourages your interaction with a human. Its such a shame that such an important service is so poorly managed.

~Carlos Josue: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Carlos Josue: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
